You can save favorite content or check out featured entries highlighted by your representatives in the "Featured" section located just above the news feed.

MESSAGING & FORUM:
Say goodbye to formal emails! Welcome to this new tool that facilitates easy communication with your CSE members. With this messaging feature, you can contact individual or multiple CSE members, an organization (like a committee created by your CSE), or the entire CSE. Messages will appear as part of an instant messaging thread, and you will receive notifications when a representative responds. However, the true power lies in the associated forum feature, which allows CSE members to create discussions available for all beneficiaries at any time. You will find answers to frequently asked questions here, so consider checking it before reaching out to your favorite representatives.

TICKETING:
This feature grants you direct access to your Kalidea - Up ticketing from your phone without needing to log in again. Discover deals, promotions, and themed shops—all excuses for missing out on significant discounts are eliminated! Additionally, a real-time summary of your benefits is displayed at the top of your ticketing page for easy access.

MY CSE:
This section authentically represents your Social and Economic Committee. Your CSE can display its logo and editable text that can be updated as needed. Furthermore, a link directing you to your CSE’s site is available for direct access without additional logins.

MY ACCOUNT:
This space is dedicated exclusively to you. Here, you can view saved content, track order statuses, download e-tickets, and soon request refunds.
